Use Motorkeep to organise information you lawfully hold. Reminders are aids only: you must confirm due dates and legal requirements yourself through the handbook, official sources and qualified professionals.
Vehicle safety boundary
Do not use Motorkeep to diagnose a fault, assess roadworthiness, decide whether a vehicle is safe to drive, ignore a warning sign, delay urgent professional attention, bypass a recall or skip a statutory inspection. The service does not connect to vehicles or OBD systems.
Record integrity
Do not fabricate invoices or maintenance history, conceal known defects, alter records to mislead a buyer, insurer or authority, impersonate another person, or present indicative diagrams as verified inspection evidence.
Prohibited content
Do not submit unlawful, harmful, infringing or malicious content; secrets you are not entitled to process; malware; payment card data; or information about children under 13. Do not attempt to generate content involving third-party intellectual property or deceptive endorsements.
Technical limits
Do not probe security, evade allowances, automate abusive request volumes, scrape accounts, reverse engineer protected service elements, interfere with other users or resell access without written permission.
Enforcement
We may remove content, limit generation, suspend access or preserve evidence when reasonably necessary to protect users, providers or the service. Serious or repeated violations may lead to termination and lawful reporting.
