Your input and generated content
As between you and Motorkeep, you retain ownership of vehicle details, cost entries, files and other input you provide. Subject to law and third-party rights, we assign to you any rights we may hold in the generated record, diagram or recap created for your request.
AI outputs may not be unique, and similar material may be produced for others. You are responsible for reviewing accuracy and ensuring your use does not infringe rights or mislead anyone.
Limited processing licence
You grant us and necessary processors a worldwide, non-exclusive, limited licence to host, copy, format, transmit and transform input solely to operate, secure and support the requested service. The licence lasts only as needed for the service, legal retention and backup expiry.
Model training position
Motorkeep does not use customer inputs or outputs to train its own models. Configured AI processors receive only the material needed for the requested generation and process it under their applicable data-processing terms.
Vehicle and media caching
Temporary prompts, provider task references, generated image files and recap files may be cached for up to 30 days for delivery and reliability. Account records remain until deletion or account closure. Encrypted backup copies may remain for up to a further 90 days, subject to legal holds.
Motorkeep materials
The Motorkeep software, site design, original raster artwork, documentation and brand remain ours or our licensors’. Your subscription grants a personal, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service, not to copy or resell the software or site assets.
Permitted output use
You may keep, edit and share your own record exports for personal household recordkeeping. Preserve the records-only and indicative notices when sharing diagrams or recap media. Do not present an output as professional inspection, verified service evidence or a safety certificate.
